Customer Support Specialist — Polish-speaking (iGaming)

We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Customer Support Specialist to help keep our online platform running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Handling player queries via email and live chat, professionally and on time
• Verifying customer documents (KYC) in line with our procedures
• Monitoring the performance and day-to-day functioning of the online platform
• Identifying technical issues and escalating them to the relevant teams for resolution

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Polish (native or near-native)
• Good command of English (our working language)
• Experience in customer support, ideally for an online platform
• Calm, quick decision-making in time-sensitive situations
• Availability for shift work on a 24/7 rota (day, evening and night shifts)
