How We Work

You will:

• Use AI as your primary interface

• Build systems using Cursor + Claude

• Iterate fast with real users

• Operate with high ownership and ambiguity

You will NOT:

• Write most code manually

• Rely on cloud infrastructure

• Work in rigid, pre-defined processes

You will have an advantage if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in the healthcare sector
• You have experience in leading healthcare transformation projects
• You have the ability and experience to effectively communicate with clients, build long-term trusting relationships
• You have the ability to manage communications and support the client at all stages of cooperation
• You are proactive, energetic and confident in your knowledge and skills

Core Responsibilities

Build First Working Agents

• Use Cursor + Claude to design and build agents

• Use LangChain / LangGraph for orchestration

• Deliver working systems quickly

Extract Expert Thinking

• Work directly with domain experts

• Convert their reasoning into AI logic

• Define edge cases and constraints

Define Data Meaning

• Identify what data matters

• Define structure, not pipelines

• Guide AI to interact with data correctly
