Full-Stack Engineer — ERP, Data & AI Platform

About Sayano

We are a German e-commerce company, founded in 2016 in Stuttgart. Our brands MIAMIO, Calmado and Tortillada are sold in over 80 countries — via Amazon, our own shop and other marketplaces.

Much of our core technology — our ERP, data pipelines and AI tooling — is built in-house.

About the Role

You are the technical backbone of the company. You take full ownership of our self-built platform — ERP, data pipelines, AI tooling — and drive where it goes next, turning business needs into working software fast.

Responsibilities

• ERP & Analytics Platform — Own our in-house ERP and analytics platform and keep building it out: new modules, integrations and automations (TypeScript/SvelteKit, Python, SQL)
• AI Tools & Agents — Develop our internal AI tools and agents further and bring AI into more business processes — from development to advertising and content
• Data Pipelines — Run the pipelines and analyses behind our advertising, pricing and purchasing decisions
• Marketplace Integrations — Maintain and extend our integrations with Amazon, Otto and Shopify
• Infrastructure — Keep everything running (Linux, Docker, deployments, monitoring)
• Technology Ownership — Shape our technology roadmap and identify where software and AI create the most leverage

Your Profile

Must-haves

• AI-Powered Development — You already develop productively with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and know their strengths and limits
• Fast Learner — You dive into new technologies and topics quickly
• Experience — Solid experience with at least one programming language. Our stack is TypeScript, Python and SQL — but with AI-assisted development, skills transfer fast
• Ownership — You work independently and feel accountable for the systems you run
• English — Very good English skills

Nice-to-haves

• German — Good German skills
• E-Commerce Interest — Understanding of business fundamentals
