We are looking for an International Legal Counsel who will build and scale the legal foundation for Done’s global expansion, ensuring compliant and efficient operations across multiple international jurisdictions.

Your area of impact

• providing legal support for non-resident companies (incorporation,restructuring, licensing, corporate governance);
• analyzing foreign legislation (EU, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE), including tax-related aspects;
• drafting and reviewing international contracts (sales, agency, licensing, financing, cross-border loans);
• developing and implementing internal policies and procedures;
• coordinating external legal counsel and local law firms;
• creating internal guidelines and delivering training sessions for the team;
• preparing analytical materials and memorandums for management related to market entry and regulatory changes.

To succeed in Done, you will need

• 4−5+ years of legal experience, preferably in an international environment or working with non-resident entities;
• proven experience working with foreign jurisdictions;
• higher legal education;
• English proficiency at B2+ level (negotiations, contract drafting, legal correspondence);
• strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to handle complex tasks independently.

Nice to have

• LL.M. degree or specialization in international law;
• knowledge of additional European languages.
