Recruitment Consultant / Personal Assistant (Food & Beverage Recruitment)

Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

RND Recruitment is a small specialist British recruitment agency focused on the Food & Beverage and Hospitality industries. We partner with manufacturers, importers, distributors and hospitality businesses across London and the South East of England, helping them recruit talented professionals across commercial, technical, operations and other management functions.

This is a varied position combining recruitment, business support and administration. You’ll work closely with the business owner, helping to deliver high-quality recruitment services while supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the full 180° recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to offer stage.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and headhunting techniques.
  • Screen and interview candidates.
  • Prepare professional candidate profiles for clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Write engaging job adverts.

Client & Business Support

  • Assist with client management and recruitment administration.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system and recruitment database.
  • Prepare recruitment documentation and reports.
  • Provide administrative and PA support to the business owner.
  • Assist with various business projects as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or experience recruiting internally as a Hiring Manager within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Confident using LinkedIn and online recruitment tools.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working remotely.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business.
  • Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
