About Us

We are a software development agency specializing in applications for the Apple ecosystem:

  • iPhone (iOS)
  • iPad (iPadOS)
  • Mac (macOS)
  • Apple Watch (watchOS)

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently identify qualified opportunities and help us acquire new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant IT projects on Upwork every day.
  • Carefully evaluate job postings and select only projects that match our services.
  • Write personalized, high-quality proposals.
  • Submit only relevant proposals to qualified opportunities.
  • Communicate with potential clients.
  • Hand over qualified leads once a client responds.
  • Maintain CRM records and proposal tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on your work.

Expected Results (First Month)

  • 80−100 qualified proposals.
  • Approximately 20−25 proposals per week.
  • At least a 25% proposal view rate.
  • More than an 8% interview rate.
  • 6−8 discovery calls with potential clients.
  • 1−2 signed client contracts.

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Proven experience working specifically with Upwork.

✔ Experience generating leads for software development companies or IT agencies.

✔ Strong proposal writing skills.

✔ Professional written English.

Nice to Have

Experience working with software agencies and the ability to demonstrate previous results, such as:

  • proposal statistics;
  • interview rates;
  • signed contracts;
  • success stories from previous clients (without violating confidentiality).
