    Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager (Full-Time, Remote) FOR UKRANIAN ONLY!!!

    TruxSpot is a fast-growing U.S. technology company transforming truck parking. We help truck drivers quickly find, book, and pay for secure parking while enabling property owners to generate revenue from underutilized space. Today, TruxSpot offers thousands of parking spaces across the United States and continues to expand its nationwide network.

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a proactive Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager to help grow and retain our network of parking partners across the U.S.

    This role is much more than sales. You’ll build long-term relationships with parking owners, guide them through onboarding, help them maximize bookings, and ensure they get real value from partnering with TruxSpot. You’ll also identify new business opportunities and manage your sales pipeline from first contact through ongoing account success.

    This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding startup.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective parking owners.
    • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for outbound calls, follow-ups, and closed partnerships.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with parking owners.
    • Drive customer retention by helping partners optimize their listings and increase bookings.
    • Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing account success.
    • Create personalized commercial proposals based on each property’s potential.
    • Execute consistent follow-ups using multiple channels, including phone calls, email, SMS/Whatsapp.
    • Independently identify and prospect new leads when needed.
    • Maintain accurate and complete records in Zoho CRM.
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams.

    Requirements

    • Experience in cold calls
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
    • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus).
    • Ability to consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your pipeline.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience selling B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, transportation, proptech, commercial real estate, or similar services.
    • Experience creating personalized sales proposals and presentations.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, automation, and outbound prospecting platforms.
