About us

USA based Real Estate company is hiring a full-time Acquisition Representative. This is a remote role. We’re looking a self-motivated team member who wants to learn and grow up with us. We run 10+ deals per week across creative finance, wholesale, and fix-and-flip strategies in the USA. The system is proven. The leads are provided. We need the right closer to work with it.

About the position

• Job type: Full-time, Part-time
• Working hours: 9am-9pm CDT/EST time zones.
• English as a native language or fluent speaker as a second language
• Silver-tongued and persuasive skills required.

What You’ll Do

• Call and chat with motivated sellers across the USA
• Work warm, pre-qualified leads no cold calling, no prospecting
• Set up meetings with the sellers for our local agents
• Prepare and send contracts for signatures through our CRM for our deals
• Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Represent our RE company with professionalism and integrity in every seller interaction.

Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring for character first, skills second. We’re looking for a results-driven, decisive, direct, and wired to take charge candidate. The right person is:

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience not required)
• Ability to maintain workflow with sellers on their schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficient with CRM software or able to learn quickly
• Strong in basic scheduling and communication applications (Zoom, Gmail, etc.)
• Will consider driven and ambitious candidates without sales experience
• You don’t need to be a licensed real estate agent, but any experience in USA RE market would be a huge advantage.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with a realistic earning range of $30,000-$60,000/year for someone who works the system. No base, no ceiling.

We offer a three-month trial period to give you enough time for training and a confident understanding of all processes. We provide a flexible commission structure to motivate you to learn and earn more. This role is designed for producers who want to control their income. If a commission-only structure gives you pause, this role is likely not the right fit. If it excites you, we want to hear from you.
