Logistic Tracking Department Worker (US)

Job Description:

Wilson Logistic is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tracking Department Worker:

Morning shift: 7:00−15:00, preference will be given to candidates with experience who are available to work a rotating schedule, including 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days.

Day shift: 15:00−23:00.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to both internal teams and clients.

Proficiency in English B2 level.

Salary: $800 — $1200

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the movement of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Update and maintain accurate records of shipment status in the tracking system.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to tracking and delivery.
• Provide real-time updates on shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve tracking-related issues.
• Assist in optimizing tracking processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a tracking or logistics-related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in using tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
