Weare looking for an AP Specialist with Polish and English languageskills to join our growing AP team. You will primarily support ourPolish-speaking vendors and business partners while working closelywith an international finance team

Ifyou enjoy working with invoices, payments, reconciliations, andfinancial processes, this role is for you.

Wewill trust you to:

• Process and input invoice records into the accounting system promptly and accurately.
• Answer vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations.
• Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable (3-Way Matching).
• Process a high volume of invoices.
• Create and maintain vendor master data.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Review employee expense reports.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in Polish and English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive knowledge about accounting and management principles and Accounts Payable procedures
• 1−2 years of accounting experience
• Fluency in English; English (Written and Verbal Skills)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong competency for customer service in the professional services industry required
• Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software
