    PROJECT OVERVIEW

    We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join Group107. In this role you will own day-to-day digital marketing execution across SEO, content, and social media, using AI tools to scale output and sharpen results. You will work inside an international IT environment where data-driven decisions and modern tooling are the norm, and your work will directly shape how our clients are found, perceived, and engaged online.

    REQUIREMENTS

    — 2−4 years in digital marketing;

    — Good knowledge of keyword research and search intent analysis;

    — Experience with on-page and technical SEO fundamentals (meta data, structure, page speed, indexing);

    — Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console);

    — Strong copywriting and editing skills for digital channels;

    — Experience with editorial planning and managing a content calendar;

    — Good knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools;

    — Experience with community management and audience engagement;

    — Understanding of paid social basics (campaign setup, targeting, budgets);

    — Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation, SEO research, and workflow automation (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude, Jasper, Surfer SEO, or similar);

    — English — Upper-Intermediate (Upper+);

    — Good problem-solving skills and an optimization mindset;

    — Ability to work independently on medium-complexity tasks and manage priorities;

    — Team player with effective communication across distributed teams;

    — Willingness to plan, estimate, and participate in campaign reviews.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    — Plan and execute digital marketing activity across three pillars — SEO, content, and social media — aligned to client goals and campaign calendars;

    — Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude, Jasper, Surfer SEO) in daily work to accelerate content generation, keyword research, and routine workflow automation;

    — Run keyword research and on-page/technical SEO improvements, and track performance in analytics tools;

    — Create and edit copy for web, blog, and social channels, and maintain an editorial plan;

    — Manage social media channels: scheduling, community engagement, and basic paid social campaigns;

    — Work effectively with designers, developers, and account managers across distributed, cross-functional teams;

    — Report on key metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions) and propose optimizations.
