We are an international recruitment company specializing in the employment of foreign workers across Europe.

Our company is actively expanding its global partner network and cooperates with recruitment agencies worldwide. Our partners source candidates in their local markets, while we provide job opportunities from European employers, coordinate the employment process, and support every stage of cooperation.

As our international operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop new B2B partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new B2B partners and recruitment agencies.
  • Present the company and our recruitment services.
  • Conduct online meetings and business negotiations.
  • Negotiate cooperation terms and sign partnership agreements.
  • Secure the first order from each new partner.
  • Transfer new partners to the Account Management team for further support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or B2B partnerships is an advantage.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.
  • Strong interest in international business development.
