Responsibilities

• Draft, revise and negotiate commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs for the client related purposes;
• Draft, revise and negotiate services contracts and employment agreements for the team members related purposes;
• Support the day-to-day legal activities and operations of the group of companies, including support to internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing) on contractual, commercial, and compliance-related matters;
• Analyse legislation and prepare relevant analytical reports and conclusions;
• Maintain and update internal legal templates, policies, and contractual processes;
• Implement legal compliance across various areas of business operations;
• Assess, mitigate and eliminate business risks.

Requirements

• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers;
• Knowledge of intellectual property law and corporate law;
• Law degree from a top-tier Ukrainian or foreign university;
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, corporate, and commercial law;
• Fluent legal/business English with advanced drafting skills;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage projects independently.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and/or BIPA)
