Franklin Chimney is a local chimney service company serving Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. We value honesty, quality, and professionalism in everything we do. We are looking for a responsible call center operator who will help us maintain a high level of customer service and improve every day.

What you will do:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our services, including chimney inspections, cleaning, repairs, and other related work.
• Assist customers, answer their questions, schedule appointments, and coordinate service visit times.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requests and pass the necessary information to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with customers and help resolve their questions and urgent concerns.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely and high-quality service.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

• Have at least two years of experience as a call center operator or in customer support.
• Are fluent in English and can communicate clearly and politely over the phone.
• Are comfortable using a computer and can quickly learn new software.
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people.
• Are available to work full-time in a remote position.
• Value honesty, openness, and teamwork.
