Shift: 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Truck Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for managing your assigned fleet and maximizing truck profitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for and booking profitable freight
• Planning efficient routes and managing drivers' schedules
• Dispatching drivers and providing ongoing trip support
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with freight brokers
• Monitoring loads and resolving operational issues quickly
• Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution
• Maintaining accurate information in the company CRM and internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a U.S. Truck Dispatcher
• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate to Fluent)
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience working with load boards and transportation software
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
