Dispatcher (Box Truck) — USA Salary: 3% from gross

We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage 3 Box Trucks (26 ft) in the US market.
• Search and book profitable loads.
• Build efficient routes and maximize truck utilization.
• Communicate with brokers and drivers.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve issues during transit.
• Update load information and maintain dispatch records.

Requirements:

• Experience in US trucking dispatch (Box Truck preferred).
• Good knowledge of DAT Load Board and other load boards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Stable internet connection and PC/laptop.
