Position Title: Accountant (AR Specialist)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $1500

Shift: 14:00—23:00 (Kiev time)

Position Summary:

The Accountant is a key role in the Accounting Department. The position includes cooperation with our Chicago office and Analytics team to make sure that all documents are done properly and just in time.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and processing TL (Truckload) billing and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

• Managing and responding to aging requests, including reviewing outstanding accounts and providing updates or supporting documentation as required.
• Performing daily uploads of financial and payment data into the Wintrust system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Posting and reconciling customer payments in the accounting system, accurately applying payments to outstanding invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
• Assisting with related accounts receivable and billing tasks as assigned to support the finance and accounting operations.

Skills Required:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English is a must (Upper-intermediate/ Advanced level)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook
• Ability to learn company software
• Ability to prioritize in different situations
• Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations
• Ability to work independently
