Location: Dnipro, business center Arena

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 15:00 — 01:00 (8 hrs in-office, 2 hrs remote)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Dnipro office and manage logistics operations for the U.S. market. You will coordinate deliveries, communicate with clients and drivers, and resolve operational issues in real time.

📌Responsibilities:

• Book loads from various load boards

• Schedule and dispatch drivers

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, drivers and other stakeholders

• Resolve issues related to emergencies, delays, or cancellations

🧩 Requirements:

• English fluency is required, Intermediate+ level is a must

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays *if needed
