Sales Representative

Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Representative who thrives in a consultative, phone-based sales environment. In this role, you will engage inbound and outbound leads, guide prospects through vending business opportunities, and close sales on turnkey vending machine packages.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident in relationship-building, skilled at handling objections, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.

What You’ll Do

• Engage warm and cold leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Clearly present and confidently explain our vending business packages
• Identify client goals, budget, and needs to recommend the best-fit solution
• Consistently follow up and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
• Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Accurately document calls, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills (English required)
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting structured follow-ups
• Results-oriented with a strong closing mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with CRM systems and online communication tools

Nice to Have

• B2B sales experience
• Experience selling business opportunities, franchises, or equipment
• Background in vending, retail, or small business consulting
