Senior UI/UX Design Lead

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications.
• 1+ year of experience leading designers or design teams.
• Ability to analyze user needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
• Experience presenting design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• General understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
• Ability to work with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of modern design trends.

Would Be a Plus:

• English Upper-Intermediate+.
• Experience working in Spline.
• Experience with SaaS or AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing mobile applications and web pages.
• Creating UX and UI kits / design systems.
• Developing logic and wireframes for websites, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
• Conducting research and developing user personas and flows.
• Creating infographics and icons when needed.
• Supporting the project through all stages of development.
