🚢 WE ARE HIRING — CREW OPERATOR

Marine MAN is looking for an experienced Crew Operator to join our team.

📍 Remote position

🌍 Preference: Ukraine / Georgia

💰 Salary: Market level, negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew mobilization and crew change coordination
• Full handling and processing of seafarers before joining
• Preparation and control of pre-joining documentation
• Flag State documents, endorsements and applications
• STCW compliance and document verification
• Control of certificates, validity dates and required renewals
• Coordination of PEME / medical examinations
• Visa and travel arrangements
• Preparation of employment and joining documentation
• Coordination of flights, transfers and joining instructions
• Communication with seafarers, vessels and shipowners
• Maintaining accurate crew records and documentation
• Monitoring crew rotations, contracts and relief planning
• Support with repatriation and other crew-related operational matters

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Crew Operator / Crew Coordinator in a crewing or ship management company
• Good knowledge of STCW, Flag State requirements and crew documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle several crew changes simultaneously
• Good English
• Independent and responsible working approach
