Collaboration Overview

We are looking to connect with a talented and detail-oriented freelance Real Estate Photo Editor for a long-term, part-time collaboration.

As a freelance editing partner, you will work on transforming raw interior and exterior images into commercially attractive, high-quality visual content for the real estate market.

We are interested in building a reliable long-term partnership with experienced freelance editors who enjoy real estate photography and are looking for a consistent workflow and additional freelance projects.

Freelance Collaboration Conditions

• Freelance / independent collaboration on a part-time basis.

• 100% remote collaboration with a flexible schedule.
• You can contribute from around 2 hours per day, depending on your availability and the current project volume.
• The main focus is meeting agreed daily project deadlines rather than fixed working hours.
• Starting Hourly compensation of 5−6 USD/ hour will be discussed individually based on your experience and the results of a test assignment.
• You will work remotely and independently as a freelance partner while staying connected with our editing team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate photo editing and retouching, ideally with a portfolio showing before/after examples.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Solid understanding of HDR blending, masking, color and light correction, and white balance.
• German and English are our primary languages for communication and documentation. English at Intermediate level or higher is required.
• A fast PC/Mac capable of smooth photo editing and a reliable internet connection.
• Strong self-organization, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to process revisions efficiently.

Freelance Editing Tasks

As a freelance editing partner, you will work on:

• Professional editing and retouching of residential and commercial real estate photos.
• Exposure, white balance, contrast, and color correction according to our editing guidelines.
• Multi-exposure blending (HDR).
• Correction of vertical and horizontal lines, image geometry, and lens distortion.
• Sky replacement for exterior images when required.
• Maintaining a consistent editing style in collaboration with our team.
• Communicating with the team regarding feedback, revisions, and project requirements.
• Delivering completed freelance projects within the agreed deadlines.
