Project Manager (German-speaking)

ABOUT US:

Our team does a lot of translation and language localisation projects for our customer, who is the European leader in professional translations and is one of the most dynamic businesses in the industry.

The company has a presence in 14 countries and on 3 continents (Europe, North America, and Asia) and distinguishes itself by its multi-local market approach, a unique trait that made it the preferred partner for many companies around the globe. The role would largely be connected with supporting with public clients using our Over the Phone Interpreting and Video Interpreting platforms OPI/VRI but also ad hoc administrative support for the DACH team in general.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Plan and organize projects according to defined processes.
• Work in customer-specific systems such as Transit, CLM Portal and Plunet.
• Handle customer calls via the hotline.
• Monitor automated workflows and resolve issues or escalate them to Customer Support when needed.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders on the customer side.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, responsible and a strong team player.
• Will be a plus: experience in project management, business administration or customer service.
