Sales manager

Hi! We are Essential Moments, LLC, a creative company based in Los Angeles that creates authentic, heartfelt, and stylish wedding videos and photography. Our goal is to preserve the most precious moments in our couples' lives through unique stories that will stay with them forever.

As a Sales Manager on our team, you will be a key link between our clients and our creative studio. Your role will be to help couples find the best solution for preserving their special moments, as well as build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients.

What you will do:

• Actively communicate with potential clients, introduce them to our services, and help them choose the most suitable package.
• Conduct consultations, taking into account the individual needs of each couple.
• Support clients throughout the entire collaboration — from the first meeting to the completion of the project.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the highest level of service quality.
• Maintain the client database, work on increasing sales, and develop partnerships.

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with at least 1 year of sales experience who can easily connect with people.
• An open and friendly person who is genuinely interested in helping clients.
• A responsible and organized person who is comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Someone who appreciates creativity, beauty, and emotions — because that is exactly what we create through our work.
• Education is not a key factor for us — your motivation and skills are more important.
