We are currently looking for a strategist and a skilled negotiator to join us as a Procurement Manager. We need a professional who can spot opportunities where others see obstacles, build lasting relationships with suppliers, and ensure our production is fully supplied with key materials on time and at the best rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Procurement Management: Organize, coordinate, and fully support the purchasing of raw materials, equipment, and ancillary goods for our production facilities.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market prices and search for alternative, reliable, and cost-effective suppliers within Ukraine and internationally.
• Quality & Timeline Control: Control shipping schedules and verify that all delivered goods strictly comply with our quality standards.
• Contract Administration: Draft and conclude supply contracts, manage primary documentation, and maintain accurate records in our ERP systems (SAP).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: University degree (Higher education).
• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or metallurgical sector.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with large datasets, advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), and practical experience working with ERP systems (SAP).
• Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of pricing principles, cost-minimization logic, and supply chain risk assessment without compromising product quality.
• Personal Attributes: High level of responsibility, proactive initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
