Operations Specialist

Are you the person who always gets things done?

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who can take a task, understand what needs to happen, organize it, follow up, and bring it to completion — without needing reminders every day.

You’ll work closely with our COO and Head of Sales and help keep the daily operations of a fast-growing international eCommerce company running smoothly.

This is a great fit if you love organization, Excel, CRM systems, solving small business problems, and turning «we need to do this» into «done.»

What You’ll Do

• Support the COO and Head of Sales with daily business operations
• Manage tasks, deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups
• Work deeply with our CRM, reports, and business data
• Build and maintain Excel / Google Sheets reports and trackers
• Handle operational emails with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Track invoices, payments, and send payment reminders
• Coordinate information between different team members
• Research solutions and occasionally think outside the box when there’s no obvious answer
• Make sure important tasks don’t disappear halfway through

You’ll Be Great Here If You

• Have experience in operations, executive/business assistance, sales operations, project coordination, or similar roles
• Are very confident with Excel / Google Sheets
• Have strong experience working with CRM systems
• Have strong written English — B2+ preferred
• Are organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage many different tasks at the same time
• Don’t need someone constantly reminding you what to do
• Take responsibility for the result, not just the task
