Platform, Community Manager

About:

Maison Vin is a Ukrainian startup launching a new wine community platform in the United States. The platform will help wine lovers share posts, discuss wines, meet new people and organize wine events. The launch is planned for early October. Learn more at maisonvin.ai.

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English, approximately B2+/C1.
• At least one year of relevant experience in customer support, community management, content management, website administration or a similar role.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Friendly and professional communication with users.
• Good judgment and attention to detail.
• Confidence using social platforms, Google Docs/Sheets and other online tools.
• Basic experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
• Availability in the afternoon or evening in Ukraine, because most users will be in the United States.

Interest in wine is a plus, but professional wine knowledge is not required.

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote work from Ukraine.
• Part-time: 3 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• The schedule includes either Saturday or Sunday, with one fixed day off.
• Flexible working hours within an agreed afternoon/evening period.
• Salary: depending on experience, English and ability to work independently.
• Paid two-month trial period, with a workload review after the first month.
• Opportunity to increase the hours and potentially move to full-time as the platform grows.

Requirements:

• Check the platform during working hours and answer user questions in English.
• Review new profiles, posts, events and comments.
• Help keep discussions friendly and respectful.
• Publish or schedule agreed Maison Vin posts.
• Check that the main platform functions are working correctly.
• Report problems clearly to the development team with an explanation and screenshots.
• Keep a simple list of open questions and platform problems.
• Send the founder a short weekly update.

This is not a developer position. Coding and server administration are not required.
