Tracking specialist (ELD, Fuel monitoring)

We are looking for a detail-oriented ELD & Fuel monitoring specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking driver locations, monitoring fuel card transactions, and preventing unauthorized or fraudulent spending.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring: cross-reference driver GPS locations with fuel card transactions in real-time to detect anomalies (e.g., fuel purchased in a different state than the truck’s location).
• Expense & fraud prevention: investigate suspicious fuel purchases, unauthorized card usage, and discrepancies between routes and transactions.
• Route tracking: Monitor driver adherence to assigned routes and efficient fuel stop planning.
• Reporting & escalation: generate weekly fuel and route deviation reports and immediately flag high-risk situations to management.
• Driver communication: coordinate with drivers or dispatchers when clarification regarding a location or transaction is required.

Requirements:

• Experience in USA logistics (tracking, fleet management, dispatch).
• Knowledge of fleet fuel card systems (Comdata, WEX, EFS, etc.) and ELD/GPS tracking software (Samsara).
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong integrity.
• Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
• Reliable remote workspace, stable internet connection, and PC.
