Main accountabilities:

• Lead and develop the Logistics Process team, ensuring high performance and achievement of business objectives;
• Lead country demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal finished goods inventory levels, effective production and distribution planning, and timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high service levels;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop long-term strategies to optimize logistics processes, productivity, and service quality;
• Lead organizational and process transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable results;
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with other functions across the company;
• Develop, maintain, and enhance logistics procedures, process documentation, work instructions, and process maps;
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce operational complexity;
• Manage working groups directed on KPIs achievement, initiatives development for KPIs continuous improvement and costs savings;
• Manage Engagement of the team;
• Cooperate with representatives of the sales, supply and other departments in order to achieve the company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Economics or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of people management experience. FMCG experience will be an advantage;
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain operations, process management, etc.;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience leading process improvement and transformation initiatives;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Strategic thinking and orientation on results;
• Advanced English.
