Pipeline Delivery Manager (Oil&Gas, EPC, EPCM)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale pipeline projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors. The candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle — from FEED and detailed design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. The role involves managing teams in technically demanding environments across greenfield and brownfield sites in Europe.

Requirements:

• 20−30 years of experience in engineering and project management across the oil & gas, pipeline, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors
• Experience across the full project lifecycle: FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
• Background as a Pipeline Delivery Manager or in a similar role
• Senior-level experience on major EPC and EPCM projects
• Proven project management experience
• Experience managing teams in technically demanding environments
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield settings across Europe
• Strong knowledge of large-scale onshore pipeline systems

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of pipeline projects across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Coordinate FEED and detailed design processes
• Manage procurement and oversee supply of equipment and materials
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget
• Organize and manage the commissioning process
• Lead and motivate project teams in technically demanding environments
• Liaise with project stakeholders (clients, contractors, regulatory bodies)
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
