About the role

As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for selling available loads to verified carriers for competitive shipping quotes. Your work directly impacts our ability to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Post available loads on the load boards with accurate shipment details;

• Negotiate with carriers to secure the most cost-effective rate for each load while meeting delivery requirements;

• Provide carriers with all required load documentation and delivery information;

• Maintain load-related documentation, ensuring that required information is accurate, complete, and properly organized.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a US-based logistics company (Broker, Dispatcher or relevant positions);

• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English skills;

• Experience with load boards, such as DAT;

• Understanding of US freight market pricing and the factors that influence carrier rates;

• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Employment conditions:

• Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;

• Afternoon schedule — 15:00 — 00:00.
