Sales Representative — UK Maintenance Market

Zenith Crest Maintenance is an established maintenance company working primarily within the UK property market. We provide a range of property maintenance, repair and reinstatement services to customers across the UK.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on developing new business, generating leads and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate professionally with potential and existing customers.
2. Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
3. Contact potential customers and introduce our maintenance services.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
5. Take primary responsibility for customer retention, ensuring existing customers remain satisfied, engaged and continue using our maintenance services.
6. Identify opportunities to generate new business and convert enquiries into jobs.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries and customer communications.
8. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer requirements are understood and followed up.
9. Work towards agreed sales, lead generation, and customer retention targets.

Requirements

1. Fluent or very strong spoken and written English — essential.
2. Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or business development is preferred.
3. Confident speaking with customers by phone and online.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Professional and polite telephone manner.
6. Ability to understand customer needs and explain services clearly.
7. Proactive approach to finding and developing new leads.
8. Good organisation and follow-up skills.
