Customer Follow-Up Representative

U.S.-Based Trucking Company | Remote Position

We are a growing trucking company in the USA looking for a Customer Follow-Up Representative to join our team. This person will play an important role in making sure our customers are satisfied after their service is completed and helping us maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Call customers after their service/job has been completed.
• Ask customers about their experience and make sure they are satisfied with the service.
• Identify, document, and communicate any complaints or issues that need to be resolved.
• Thank customers for their business.
• Politely ask satisfied customers to leave a Google review.
• Follow up with customers who had concerns to make sure their issues are properly addressed.
• Keep accurate notes of every customer interaction.
• Report recurring customer feedback and issues to management.
• If a repeat customer calls back requesting additional service, document the request and submit the appropriate work order.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the entire process.

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers by phone.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with unhappy customers.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with a CRM, computer systems, and customer databases.
• Excellent English speaking and comprehension skills.
• Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers throughout the United States.
• Must be originally from Ukraine.
