AI UGC Creator, Video Editor

Olymera builds and scales DTC e-commerce brands for the US market. We are looking for an experienced AI UGC Creator & Video Editor to produce engaging, high-converting Meta ads using AI-generated content, UGC, product footage, and stock footage.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic AI UGC actors, voiceovers, and lifestyle scenes
• Edit direct-response DTC ads for Facebook and Instagram
• Match every visual with the script’s message and emotion
• Combine AI content with real UGC, product footage, and b-roll
• Recreate successful reference ads and develop new variations
• Maintain consistent quality and reliable delivery

Requirements

• Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
• Proven experience with DTC e-commerce ads
• Portfolio of realistic AI UGC videos
• Strong pacing, b-roll selection, and sound-design skills
• Experience with AI video-generation tools
• Good written English and ability to follow detailed feedback
• Dependable communication and consistent availability

Experience with Veo, Sora, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is preferred.

Workload & Compensation

• 5 working days per week
• 2 completed videos per day
• $50-$100 per video, depending on experience and skill level
• Additional $100 bonus for each winning video
• Full-time or part-time arrangements are possible
• Long-term and consistent workload

Consistent delivery is essential. We are looking for someone who can reliably meet the agreed daily schedule without compromising quality.
