HR Business Partner

An international manufacturing company, a recognized leader in its industry, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business growth and drive strategic HR initiatives across production sites in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations.
• Support cultural transformation initiatives and foster a values-based, high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal HR policies, and governance standards while maintaining effective cooperation with employee representatives and trade unions.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver programs related to performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend effective people solutions.
• Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 HR professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Experience in international companies is highly desirable.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong background in HR business partnering, organizational development, and labor relations.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
