Legal Counsel | International Insurance Broker

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in corporate and regulatory law, commercial contracts and financial services. The role includes

supporting General Meetings of Shareholders, Joint-Stock Company matters,
regulatory reporting to the NSSMC,
communication with the NBU, insurance legislation and drafting/reviewing commercial agreements.

Strong English, analytical skills and the ability to work with international teams are required. Experience in as corporate legal counsel 1−2 yers,

in insurance, banking or financial services will be an advantage.

Format: Hybrid, 1 day/week in the office.
