Track, Trace Specialist, Manager (US Trucking)

• Compensation: 35,000−70,000 UAH per month.
• Schedule: 13:30—24:00 Kyiv time (6:30 AM-5:00 PM EST).

Responsibilities:

• Enter booked loads on the board and keep statuses updated in real time.
• Coordinate tracking requirements with brokers.
• Monitor loads in transit and keep brokers informed.
• Verify pickup and delivery paperwork (BOL, POD, seal and freight photos) against load details.
• Prepare and upload complete document packages after delivery, making sure all paperwork is accurate and meets the broker’s requirements.
• Manage detention and lumper claims

Requirements:

• Fluent written English for daily email communication, plus conversational English for broker calls.
• Confident computer skills, including spreadsheets, email, cloud storage, and PDF tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
• Ability to work in real time and respond quickly to changing situations.
• Strong sense of ownership and self-management.
• Experience in US logistics, dispatching, or track & trace is a plus but not required, since full training and detailed procedures are provided.
