  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with brokers, customers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Review and process transportation documentation, including Rate Confirmations (RCs) and Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
  • Monitor drivers' Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure compliance with applicable FMCSA regulations.
  • Verify broker information, load details, and shipment requirements before confirming bookings.
  • Collaborate with the Safety and Fleet departments to resolve issues related to drivers, equipment, and safety compliance.
  • Keep load information updated and ensure accurate, timely shipment status updates in company systems.
  • Monitor the performance of assigned trucks, minimize downtime and deadhead miles, and maximize revenue.
  • Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve dispatch efficiency and profitability.

  • Experience handling Rate Confirmations, Proofs of Delivery, and other transportation documentation.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for daily communication with brokers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple trucks and shipments simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to urgent operational matters.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, accountable, and results-driven approach to work.

Preferred

  • Experience working with different equipment types, including Dry Van, Reefer, and others.
  • Experience using transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, and dispatching software.
  • Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, and other freight marketplaces.
  • Understanding of truck utilization, deadhead miles reduction, and strategies for improving profitability.
  • Experience collaborating with Safety, Fleet, and other operational departments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
  • A compensation structure that may include a percentage of gross revenue, with details discussed during the interview process.
  • Fully remote work.
  • The opportunity to work with an established U.S. logistics company.
