Freight Dispatcher (Experience with KBX)

LNG Holding is looking for an experienced Freight Dispatcher who combines strong dispatching skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and brokers. You should understand how to coordinate freight, meet service expectations, and develop ongoing cooperation through reliable communication and consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Find and secure profitable loads, maximizing gross revenue and minimizing deadhead.
• Coordinate shipments with KBX and other clients or brokers, confirming rates, appointments, equipment, and load requirements.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to support repeat loads and long-term cooperation.
• Communicate truck availability and provide timely shipment updates.
• Handle delays, service issues, and changes proactively, keeping all parties informed and following through on solutions.
• Plan routes based on driver hours, trailer type, shipment requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Support drivers throughout each shipment with clear instructions and timely assistance.
• Negotiate rates and manage rate confirmations and shipment documentation, including BOLs and PODs.
• Keep dispatch systems updated and coordinate with Safety and Fleet teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven U.S. freight dispatching experience — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working with KBX is a strong advantage.
• Experience maintaining ongoing relationships with direct clients and brokers.
• Understanding of the equipment and shipment requirements for the trailer types you have dispatched.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills with clients, brokers, and drivers.
• Ability to manage service expectations and resolve issues professionally.
• Knowledge of HOS regulations and compliant route planning.
• English: Intermediate+, with confident spoken and written communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership of results.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
