We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Procurement Manager to join our international logistics team.

Your main goal will be to find reliable suppliers and partners, negotiate the best terms, and build strong long-term business relationships.

🎯 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔎 Supplier Search

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and business partners.
• Expand and maintain an active supplier network.
• Research the market and identify new procurement opportunities.

💬 Negotiations

• Negotiate prices, contracts, terms, and service conditions.
• Achieve the best possible combination of price, quality, and reliability.
• Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.

📊 Procurement Management

• Compare supplier offers and select the best options.
• Monitor supplier performance and service quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of required goods or services.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

🤝 Internal Cooperation

• Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and priorities.
• Quickly resolve supplier-related issues.

📈 Continuous Improvement

• Monitor market trends and pricing.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Improve procurement processes and overall efficiency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

🗣️ Strong communication and negotiation skills

🇬🇧 Good spoken and written English

🌍 Confidence communicating with international partners

🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

📋 Excellent organization and attention to detail

⚡ Ability to work independently and make decisions

🎯 Strong focus on results and responsibility for your work

💻 Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business systems is a plus
