Trucking dispatcher (SD, FB, CONG)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of the trucking dispatcher experience or more — only;
• advanced english level — not less;
• «sense of urgency» attitude;
• ability to provide highly organized, detail oriented, on time service;
• confident PC user;
• english reading/writing/counting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• searching,booking and routing the best and most efficient freight;
• coordinating the drivers and equipment to maintain maximum productivity and efficiency;
• plan and organize deliveries and pickups;
• provide assurances that freight is dispatched and delivered on time
• assist in expediting any problem on the current shipments (if any delays, missing documents, troubleshooting with customs clearances and so on).

Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 15:00 (7AM) to 24:00 (4PM) — Office shift
• 24:00 (4PM) to 01:00 (5PM) — Home shift
• Saturday, Sunday — off.
• USA national holidays — off.
• Full time. No remote work.
