Logistics Coordinator / Freight Dispatcher (USA Freight Brokerage), Remote

We are a US freight brokerage hauling full truckload dry van and refrigerated freight. We are hiring a full-time remote Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to book loads, manage carriers, and keep shipments moving on time.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will be calling carriers, chasing updates, and fixing problems before they turn into late loads. If you like a busy desk and solving problems quickly, this job is for you.

Schedule

• Full-time, 1st shift US Eastern Time: 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM ET, Monday — Friday

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with carriers and drivers
• Negotiate rates with trucking companies, book loads, and dispatch drivers
• Track drivers using tracking apps and keep load status up to date
• Post and repost loads on DAT and Truckstop when a carrier falls off or a driver has problems
• Enter arrival and departure times and keep load records accurate
• Communicate with shipper customers when issues come up (delays, reschedules, problems at pickup or delivery)

Requirements

• McLeod TMS experience
• Experience booking loads and dispatching drivers for a US freight broker. Full truckload dry van/reefer experience is preferred, but other modes (LTL, flatbed, intermodal) are welcome to apply.
• Fluent spoken and written English, comfortable on the phone with US carriers all day
• Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop)
• Familiarity with tracking apps such as FourKites and Trucker Tools
• Understanding of carrier onboarding and setup requirements (Highway)
• Good knowledge of US geography, mileage, and realistic transit times
• Able to work in several systems at the same time: we dispatch in McLeod, take calls through Vonage, communicate as a team in Slack, and check carrier status in several other tools throughout the day
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to stay organized under pressure

Equipment and Setup

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Two or more monitors are strongly recommended. You will have many systems open at once.
• Remote support software: All team members are required to have remote support software installed by our IT team. This lets our tech team fix problems and restore your access quickly if systems go down.

Payment

• 65,000 — 75,000 UAH per month based on experience [paid in USD, equivalent to this range / fixed USD amount of $1300-$1700]
• Paid through Payoneer. You will need a Payoneer account with US receiving account details (US routing number and account number). We are not able to send international wire transfers.
