Business Analyst, Project Manager (Odoo)

We are looking for aBusiness Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo) with strong experience in the discovery and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions (version 18+).

The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and communication skills and can work closely with both clients and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience, including recent v18/19 projects;
• Deep expertise in at least two of: Sales/CRM, Inventory/Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing; working knowledge of the rest;
• Proven experience running discovery and producing BRDs, functional specs, process flows (BPMN) and gap analyses;
• Hands-on configuration skills (incl. Studio), and an understanding of Odoo data models sufficient to brief developers;
• Experience with estimation/WBS, scope control and change requests;
• Data migration planning and validation;
• Strong stakeholder management; English B2+ (spoken and written);
• Preferred location: Lviv.

Nice to have:

• Odoo Functional Certification;
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in BA work;
• Experience or interest in AI integrations with Odoo (MCP, API agents, AI use-case scoping);
• Pre-sales and solution demo experience;
• EU accounting/VAT localisation exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into Odoo solutions;
• Prepare discovery and functional documentation, estimates and project plans;
• Coordinate developers, QA and client stakeholders through delivery;
• Manage scope, schedule, risks and client communication;
• Run UAT, end-user training and go-live/hypercare support.
