Hello 👋 We are UT-Service LLC, a direct US-based transportation company specializing in freight hauling across the US with our own dedicated fleet of 14 FT curtain-side Conestoga trucks.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team!

💰 Salary & Bonuses

• Stable salary ranging from 50,000 to 120,000 UAH/month (depends on the number of trucks assigned to you).

🕑 Working Hours

• 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Kyiv time).

📋 Responsibilities

• Sourcing and booking profitable freight on Sylectus, DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Coordinating drivers, dispatching loads, and tracking transit milestones.
• Communicating with freight brokers, negotiating rates, and resolving in-transit issues.
• Monitoring and optimizing RPM, total miles, and gross revenue for your assigned units.

✅ Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (fluent spoken and written communication).
• Strong decision-making skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in US logistics/freight dispatching is required.
• Drive to grow professionally and maximize earning potential 🚀
