M&A manager:
• Sourced new deals in core areas of Kyivstar’s business (i.e.: telecom infra, FTTB internet providers)
• Managed full-cycle M&A process for infra asset: from the first introduction, company valuation, negotiation of deal
terms with the Target for the term sheet, organising DD till negotiating SPA and preparing materials for AMCU.
