Contributed to the development of an operational platform for e-commerce logistics and fulfillment. The system delivers a unified view of orders, inventory, suppliers, and delivery processes by integrating multiple sales channels, warehouses (WMS/3PL), carrier services, and suppliers. - Developed order routing and fulfillment logic, including automatic allocation, order splitting, rerouting, and exception handling based on current inventory and business rules.

-Created an automated low-stock alert system with scheduled and event-driven email notifications when inventory thresholds were reached, helping prevent stockouts and improve supply chain responsiveness.

- Designed and implemented analytical reports and dashboards on product sales, orders, and operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.

- Contributed to backend and web application development for multi-merchant management, allowing clients to centrally create and manage online stores with their own assortments.
