ABOUT ME
I am a motivated recruiter with full dedication to my work. I have an Upper-Intermediate level of English,
experience in management and recruitment. I possess knowledge of the IT market, full-cycle recruiting,
search, screening, and conducting different types of interviews. Processing and recommending high-quality
candidates who match the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture. Thrives developing strategic
searches for candidates. Interview and assist with the hiring of qualified candidates for all disciplines
throughout the company using best practices. I am determined and result-oriented, in three years I have
grown from a waiter to an administrator and started to worked as a recruiter. I am very stress-resistant and
find a way out of any situation, because of my experience of solving conflicts with guests and in the team.
Furthermore, I take responsibility for all tasks and easily find an approach to everyone. These helped me in
my last position to find a common language with the manager, to explain and justify how to improve work
