I effectively managed the issuance of invoices using QuickBooks and carefully verified the ACH bank account details to ensure accuracy. My responsibilities included collaborating with both direct carriers and factoring companies to facilitate efficient operations. Payments for invoices were processed through Chase Bank, while I handled billing and dispatched invoices to support the collection of funds.
Additionally, I utilized the ITS system to enter carrier information, process factoring transactions, and close cargo upon receipt of invoices. I maintained clear communication with all parties requesting payment and made direct phone calls to ensure the timely receipt of funds.
