I effectively managed the issuance of invoices using QuickBooks and carefully verified the ACH bank account details to ensure accuracy. My responsibilities included collaborating with both direct carriers and factoring companies to facilitate efficient operations. Payments for invoices were processed through Chase Bank, while I handled billing and dispatched invoices to support the collection of funds.

Additionally, I utilized the ITS system to enter carrier information, process factoring transactions, and close cargo upon receipt of invoices. I maintained clear communication with all parties requesting payment and made direct phone calls to ensure the timely receipt of funds. Furthermore, I gathered data for the 1099 form from all entities involved in our transactions.

To enhance organization, I developed a comprehensive spreadsheet that tracks all necessary documents for each carrier and factoring company. I also conducted thorough reconciliations for both bank statements and QuickBooks.

In addition, I managed payments to utilities, insurance companies, landlords, and various other service providers through the bank, documenting all transactions in the system for accuracy and accountability.

Furthermore, prepared summary tables related to cash flow, generated tables concerning project expenses, and collaborated with customer and client ledgers.
