👋I recently completed a challenging project that underscored my ability to manage, strategize, and execute complex endeavors effectively. This project entailed creating 224 English course videos for a client with a budget around $8000💵

🧐 Project Overview:
The project encompassed 224 videos, divided into 112 videos of 15 minutes each and 112 of 5 minutes each. These videos were recorded in high-resolution 4K format, resulting in a substantial data volume of 1-2 terabytes. Notably, the client boasted a vast following of over 1 million subscribers across various social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram (@daria.veduta).

😬 Project Complexity:
This undertaking was marked by its complexity, involving extensive editing, the creation of unique cinematic intros, and the incorporation of various effects. It demanded a diverse skill set and meticulous attention to detail.

Throughout this project, I demonstrated a range of skills indicative of my ability to handle large-scale projects:

⚙️ Custom Workflow Design: From scratch, I designed and implemented a highly efficient workflow tailored to the project's unique demands. My custom Notion system served as the linchpin of our organization, ensuring seamless project management and streamlined collaboration.

🤝 Leadership in Team Building: Recognizing the project's magnitude, I strategically assembled a team of skilled professionals. These individuals, handpicked by me, brought expertise in video production, further bolstering our capacity to deliver top-tier results.

🔎 Strategic Problem Solving:
I harnessed a diverse set of tools and software to enhance the project's quality and efficiency:In the beginning, building 🤝trust was essential due to my newcomer status on Upwork. We conducted test videos to gain confidence. The client supplied initial materials and scripts, and we worked together to define expectations. I actively 👊tackled challenges, adapting to changing client needs and reducing the need for revisions

By implementing an organized workflow with tools like Google Drive, Notion, and Frame.io, we met tight deadlines.
